# Website terms
These terms cover your use of the [Eco Fascias & Soffits](/) website, fascias-and-soffits-chesterfield.co.uk. They don't cover work we carry out, which is agreed separately in writing before it starts.

## Information on this site
The guides explain general points about fascias, soffits, costs and planning rules, with sources. They are general information, not legal or building advice. Rules and prices change and your home may differ, so check the source or ask a qualified professional before relying on it.

## Prices
Prices on this site are published UK figures from the named sources, shown as a guide to what is normal. They are not our quote. A job is only priced once we have seen it.

## Other websites
We link to sources such as gov.uk, the Health and Safety Executive and published cost guides. We aren't responsible for their content.

## Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate, but we don't accept liability for loss caused by relying on general information on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

## Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: phone 01246 530131 or use the contact form on this site.
