Privacy notice

Eco Fascias & Soffits ("we") is responsible for the personal information you send through this website. This notice explains what we collect and what we do with it. Last updated 28 October 2026.

Who we are

Eco Fascias & Soffits, Northern Gateway Enterprise Centre, Saltergate, Chesterfield S40 1UT. Phone 01246 530131, or use the contact form on this site.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, postcode, email address, the service you need and any message.

If you click Accept on the cookie notice, we use two services to count visits and see which pages are used. Nothing from either loads unless you accept. We do not use advertising tags.

Google Analytics (from Google) sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and your browser and device type.

Visitor Tracking (from visitortracking.com) stores an identifier in your browser's local storage and sends visitortracking.com the pages you view, the page you came from, your browser and your screen size. Like any website you visit, visitortracking.com also receives your IP address when your browser contacts it.

Your choice is stored as one small flag in your browser. You can change it at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, which also removes the Google Analytics cookies and the Visitor Tracking identifier stored in your browser. Fonts, images and the area map load from this website, not from third parties.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, give you a price and arrange a visit. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing.

Who processes it

Forms are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a form-handling service. Web3Forms processes the form contents in order to deliver them to us. Web3Forms' privacy policy explains how it handles data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a job are deleted within 12 months. Where we carry out work, records are kept for as long as needed for guarantees, insurance and tax, normally six years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by phoning 01246 530131 or using the contact form on this site. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
